A couple of years ago Graham read that a local winery had some wild plums that were offered to anyone who wanted to harvest. We grabbed about 50 pounds and then luck had me run into the woman who owns 3rd Street Oil and Vinegar in McMinnville. She suggested adding some pomegranate flavored balsamic vinegar to the mix and we made a fantastic sweet and tangy jelly that summer. Today, we offer that taste combo in a fruit roll-up. 4 roll-ups $5. Ingredients: wild plums, cane sugar, pomegranate balsamic vinegar.
